Welcome to Super Astrologer. By accessing our website and booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature of Services

• Advisory Role: Our services, including Astrology, Vastu, and Gemstone recommendations, are based on spiritual knowledge and interpretation. They are intended for guidance and insight purposes only.

• Not a Substitute for Professional Advice: Our consultations do not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. For serious medical or legal matters, please consult a relevant licensed professional.

2. Booking and Payments

• Advance Payment: All consultation slots (Standard or Premium) must be paid for in full at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.

• Pricing: Prices are as listed on the website (e.g., ₹3000 / ₹5000) and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy (Strict Non-Refundable Policy)

• Non-Refundable Fees: Once a payment is made and a slot is booked, consultation fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies even if you change your mind or find the advice unsatisfactory, as you are paying for the astrologer’s time and expertise.

• No-Show Policy: If you fail to join the session at the scheduled time, the appointment will be considered “Completed.” No refunds or free rescheduling will be provided.

• Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule a session one time only, provided you give us at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the appointment time. Requests made within 24 hours of the slot will not be accommodated.

• Cancellations by Us: In the rare event that an astrologer is unavailable due to an emergency, we will offer you a full refund or a priority reschedule at your convenience.

4. User Conduct

• We reserve the right to terminate a session immediately without refund if the user behaves abusively, inappropriately, or disrespectfully toward our astrologers.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Super Astrologer and its experts are not liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from the actions you take based on the guidance provided. Astrology is subjective, and predictions may vary.

6. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
